- 8th Grade Assembly: Thursday, June 7th from 8:15-10am at Wait Chapel on the Wake Forest Campus. If you have misplaced the permission form that was sent home in team packs, you can print another one from TJMS website on the HOMEPAGE under QUICKLINKS or go to the guidance office to fill one out. Thanks!
- Mt. Tabor Summer Reading Lists: All 8th grade students who are attending Mt. Tabor HS next year should go by guidance to pick up information regarding Summer reading lists. **The reading lists for 9th grade Language Arts is a requirement for all Mt. Tabor students.**
- Mt. Tabor Girls Basketball: Girls Basketball Summer Plans: Any girls that plan on trying out should contact Coach Anderson at hoopspress@gmail.com or 336-978-0586 immediately about the summer camps and work out plans. Information can also be obtained by visiting the website at www.eteamz.com/mttaborgirlsbasketball (Camp information and details are listed on the website for all incoming Freshman. "Champions are Made before the season Begins!")
- National Junior Honor Society members are reminded that community service hours are due to Mrs. MacDonald by the end of May. This does not apply to the recently inducted members since you turned yours in with the application for membership.
- The Environmental Club is meeting every Thursday in order to implement our "Community Garden" project. Students should attend as many meetings as possible to learn how you can give something back to your community.
- ACTIVITY BUS: The activity bus runs Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays ONLY and is available to students who stay after school for tutoring, club meetings, and intramural sports. STUDENTS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVITY BUS PERMISSION FORM COMPLETED, SIGNED BY A PARENT, AND ON-FILE IN THE FRONT OFFICE TO BE ABLE TO RIDE THE ACTIVITY BUS. The activity bus leaves campus at approximately 3:15pm.
- The Parent Assistant Website is now up and running. Passwords have not changed…you will be able to login with the password that was previously assigned to you. If you have any trouble logging-in, can’t remember your password, or have questions, please call TJMS and speak with Steve Blair, our Data Manager.
- FEES: Parents, please remember to pay student fees as soon as possible (6th grade: $3:50; 7th and 8th grade: $4.50; PE Uniform for 7th and 8th grade: $14.00). School fees can be paid with cash, check, or on-line. To pay fees on-line, please visit our school Website and select fees/trip payments on the home page then follow the instructions.
