8th grade "Hoops for Heart" ~ April 19, 21 and 26

8th grade French and Spanish students will have the writing portion of their EOC this week. A letter explaining the EOC exam and high school credit requirements was sent home last week with language students. If you have additional questions, please contact your child's language teacher.

Save the Date!
Friends of Sherwood Forest and the PTA will be screening the documentary film, Screenagers, on April 21 at 6:30 in the Gym.
Screenagers is a new documentary film about children in the digital age. Through poignant, and unexpectedly funny stories, along with surprising insights from authors, psychologists, and solutions on how adults can empower their kids to best navigate the digital work to find balance. Jefferson's Media Center is accepting donations of used books for our Used Book Sale, which will run from May 9th thru the 13th. Proceeds from the sale will go to buy new books and materials for our Media Center. We are accepting donations of books for all ages as well as DVDs, CDs, and video games. The homerooms with the most donations in each grade level will receive a free Chick-Fil-a breakfast! Donated items should be brought to Mr. Shoulda in the media center.
