Jefferson's annual Book Fair to benefit the Media Center will take place December 7th thru December 11th. Students will be visiting the Book Fair with their Language Arts class. The Fair will be open from 5:30 until 6:00PM on Tuesday and Thursday , the nights of the Chorus concerts.  Perhaps use this opportunity to purchase some holiday gifts. Students, be sure to tell your parents if you see some books that you'd like to receive as gifts! This is a great way to support our Media Center!

Big Thank You to all who donated to the Give a Kid a Coat Campaign this year.  Our goal was to collet 200 coats, and we collected 204!! Special THANKS to Mrs. Lemay and her homeroom for taking the lead to help with the cause. They were the winners this year donating 140 coats to the Salvation Army!!!

Yearbook Orders are now open. We do not take money at school, but you can purchase yours online, by telephone, or by mail. You should have a received a letter at home from Balfour last month.

8th grade baby ads are on sale for the 8th grade students only. Parents, this is a great way to show your child you are proud of his/her accomplishments in middle school. The cost is $25. The deadline for this is Dec. 18th at 2:00pm, the last day before the winter break. NO EXCEPTIONS

One more week of the Holiday Toy drive! One act of kindness can do so much for someone. Why not make your act of kindness be giving a child in need a gift this holiday! Donation boxes are in the café.
