EOQ Schedule
6th grade - Science/Social Studies Monday and Tuesday, January 11 and 12
7th grade - Science/Social Studies Wednesday and Thursday, January 13 and 14
8th grade - Social Studies - Wednesday, January 13
Students will be testing during their Science/Social Studies class periods. Please try to have your kids at school on time on their test days.

Visual and Preforming Arts Cookie Dough Fundraiser will kick off Monday and Tuesday, please look for information coming home on those days.

Southern Bells will practice Thursday 2-3, Friday 2-4  and will participate in the A Cappella Jam for Hope at Reynolds HS at 7pm on Saturday, January 16, students need to report at 2pm.

Basketball Practice: Tuesday and Wednesday - girls early, boys late; Thursday and Friday - boys early, girls late.

Wednesday, January 13 - All Grades intramural bowling. Cost $2

Congratulations to 7th Grader Alexandria Shaner for being the 2015-2016 TJMS Spelling Bee Champion. Alexandria will compete in district wide Spelling Bee in February. Good luck Alexandria!!

Annual 8th grade dance "A Night to Shine" ~ January 29, 2016, 7-9pm. Location: TJMS, open to TJMS 8th graders ONLY! Attire: Girls - Dresses or Dressy Pants, Boys - Dress Pants and Collared Shirt (Coat and Tie optional) ~ Cost $10 payable at the door with permission slip or prepaid in advance Tuesday and Thursday at lunch with permission slip. Ticket sales begin Tuesday, January 12th.

Volunteer Opportunity ~ Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center
Registration forms for summer volunteer opportunities at Wake Forest Medical Center are now available. Students must be between 14 and 18 years old by June 1. Positions are limited. Please apply early. For more information please come by the guidance office.
