This week we launched the one2one initiative to make 100% of TJMS classrooms digitally enabled.
Success in this initiative puts a Chromebook cart in every classroom with a one2one student to Chromebook ratio.
This initiative is so important because it prepares our kids for the digital world, saves paper, allows for better and quicker test analysis and addresses all learning styles.
There was a brochure in this week's team packet with all the details.  We ask you to give $150 per student at TJMS.  Stretch and give more if you are able, but please give.  For example, a $200 gift buys one of the 330 new chrome books needed.
The campaign runs until FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 30th.
We need your help.  Give what you can but please give to the TJMS one2one initiative.  Our kids will benefit from it greatly.
Questions? Contact PTA Giving Week Chair , Brad Bennett 336-671- 0845 Or bbennett@wildfireideas.com

In an effort to minimize classroom disruptions this school year, we will be changing how dropped off lunches and forgotten items are delivered to our students. Lunches - students will be given the opportunity to check the office at their lunch time.  Missing work, forgotten items - will be put into homeroom teachers boxes.
**********
Early Dismissal - If your child has an appointment, etc. and will need to be dismissed from school early, please send a note with your child to the office (at start of day) and we will give them a pass for teachers to dismiss them to the office.
**********
Reminder to tryout for any sports programs at TJMS you must have a current physical, concussion form and proof of insurance on file.
**********
Monday is a B day
