Wednesday, February 27^th is EARLY RELEASE DAY!!!!!

Please note that there has been a district delay in opening registration for rising 9th graders. As a result, the timeline in your packet has changed. Please note the NEW dates. 

Friday, Feb. 22- All registration materials will be sent home. 

Friday, March 8- All required materials should be returned to homeroom teacher AND online registration complete.

8th Grade Dance!

The 8th Grade Dance is scheduled for Friday, March 22nd, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.. This year's theme is Hollywood Nights and it is sure to be a fun, spectacular event for our 8th graders. Tickets will be on sale for $10 each during lunch hours outside the cafeteria on March 12, 14, 19, and 21. Our 8th Grade Activities Committee could use lots of help with donations of refreshments and volunteers to help decorate, serve refreshments and clean up after the dance.

YEARBOOKS

Yearbooks need to be purchased by February 28^th online. Afterwards, they can be purchased for $40.00 cash only (exact change, please) during the last week of school.

TJMS Food Pantry

Many of you have heard that we have a Food Pantry Available to our families in need. Understanding that the government shut down has effected many people locally, we wanted to make everyone aware that we will have the food pantry open on the 2nd & 4th Saturday every month, from 9-11. Patriot Pride Incentive Store

Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month the concession stand

will be open and run by parent volunteers during team lunches.

Students may “cash” in their Patriot Pride tickets for items.

TRACK, TENNIS & GIRLS SOCCER

Students interested in trying out for track and girls’ soccer 

MUST have COMPLETED physical packets TURNED IN BY THURSDAY FEBRUARY 28^th. The STUDENT also MUST sign up on the Athletic Interest Form ONLINE. See Mrs. Snider with questions.

Track and soccer tryouts will start the week of MARCH 4^th!

Tennis tryouts will be later in March, dates pending.
